Mary Etta Guest Ritchie, age 81 of Ola, Arkansas died Sunday, October 26, 2003 at a local hospital. She was born July 15, 1922 in Hot Springs, AR. She was a retired homemaker and of the Pentecostal faith.
She was preceded in death by her husband, John Ritchie; a daughter, Patsy Shelton and a sister, Lillie Brown.
Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, Bill J. and Helen Ritchie of Ola, AR; four daughters and son-in-laws, Regina and Hugh Ed Walker of Texarkana, TX, Nancy and Jerry Rhoades of Gravelly, AR, Peggy Fain of Hot Springs, AR, Polly and Bobby Banks of Hot Springs, AR; 14 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Graveside services and burial will be Wednesday, October 29, 2003, 10:00 a. m. at Oak Hill Cemetery officiated by Reverend Mike Smith. Arrangements are by Hot Springs Funeral Home. Billie Bonita Riter was born November 17, 1934 in Danville, Arkansas and was a graduate of Little Rock Central High School in 1952. She retired as an Administrative Accountant from Pima College. She lost her brave battle with cancer on February 17, 2012 at home with her family.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Sibyl B. Harrison and a daughter, Kathryn C. Pack.
Survived by Ronald L. Pack and their children: daughter, Tricia A. Bowen; sons, Ronald E. Pack, Gary D. Pack (daughter-in-law, Vaiva L. Pack) and daughter/granddaughter, Tasha M. Burr; grandchildren, Shannon K. Schulz and Kyla A. Voge; great-grandchildren, Paige and Shane Lawler, Ian, Hayden, Landen and Ryan Burr, Savannah, Cole and Carson Mizell. Billie was an active member of Hope United Methodist Church for over 30 years and enjoyed making crafts and watching movies. Inice Levoy "Pete" Roach, of Dardanelle died Friday, July 30, 1999 at the Dardanelle Nursing Center. She was born 79 years ago on August 14, 1919 at Mt. George to the late Amos and Martha George Walker. She was a homemaker and the widow of William Thomas Roach. She was a member of the Mt. Tabor Baptist Church.
Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, Bobby and Phyllis Roach; a brother, Jack Walker of Russellville; two sisters, Eula "Dude" Grace of Russellville and Alvia Morgan of Hugson, CA; three granddaughters, Patti Carr and Gloria Moore of Russellville and Crystal Roach of Sheppard Air Force Base Wichita Falls, TX; a grandson, Mark Standridge of Delaware and three great-grandchildren.

Jo Ellen "Mama Jo" (Moss) Robberson-Albinson, 77, of Russellville, formerly of Plainview, passed away Wednesday, August 26, 2015, at the Arkansas Hospice River Valley Home in Russellville. The daughter of the late Jewel Moss and Ada Lee [Chesney) Moss, she was born November 12, 1937, in Plainview. She was a member of the First Freewill Baptist Church in Plainview. She will be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother and sister with a kind giving heart. She had a strong love for her family and for singing praise to her Lord and Savior in her beautiful alto voice. She retired in 2009 from the Army National Guard in Little Rock as a civilian employee.
She was preceded in death by her first husband of 35 years, Delano Gerald Robberson; second husband of 10 years, Alvin Albinson; her parents; siblings, Lillian D. Moss, J.L. Moss, lva Nell Reeves Woody; and a nephew, Richard Worsham.

Elmer Lee Robbins, 86 of Belleville, passed away Monday, March 3rd, 1997 at his home in Belleville. He was born in Waveland, Arkansas on July 5, 1910, son of the late Jim and Fannie Moore Robbins. He was a retired farmer and a retired Belleville school bus driver, he has been a member for 40 years and a deacon of the Upper Spring Creek Freewill Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his first wife, Enid Robbins, a daughter, Helen Watson, three stepsons, Loye Joe McDonald, Lynn McDonald, Jerry McDonald, a great granddaughter, Jennifer Patton, a brother, James Robbins, and a sister, Norene Johnson.
Survivors include his wife, Wahneta Robbins, a daughter, Betty Patton of Story, two stepsons, Bill McDonald of Springdale, and Kent McDonald of Kansas. A sister, Edidth Griffith of Springdale, nine grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, 4 great-great grandchildren.

Waveland man ends life by jumping into spillway - James H. Robbins, 63, of Waveland, ended his life Friday, April 16, 1948, by jumping into the whirlpool water of the spillway below Blue Mountain Dam.
Both his wife and Dr. E. O. Underwood, who were with him at the time, tried to restrain him, but he broke their hold and jumped 35 feet into the swirling water they reported to undertakers and officers. The body was recovered a short time later about 100 yards downstream, after guards had closed the floodgates. Jesse D. Robbins, age 92, of Ola, Arkansas formerly of Prattsville, Arkansas passed away Wednesday, October 2, 2013 at his home. He was born June 12, 1921 in Hot Springs, Arkansas the son of the late J.A. and Ella (Hargis) Robbins. Mr. Robbins proudly served our nation in the United States Army during World War II. Mr. Robbins retired after being employed as a bookkeeper and accountant for several different companies that were owned by his late brother in the state of Michigan. Preceding Mr. Robbins in death were his parents; his wife, Odessa (Buie) Robbins; two brothers; and one sister. Mr.
Robbins is survived by his sons, Dwight Stuckey of Prattsville, Arkansas and Micheal Ellison of Bryant, Arkansas; daughters, Beverly Meredith of Story, Arkansas and Sharon Walker of Ola, Arkansas; eight grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren. Mr. Robbins is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, other extended family members and many friends that will miss him dearly.

Mrs. Sallie Robbins, aged 83, died at her home in Blue Mountain Monday, May 22 and was laid to rest in the Blue Mountain cemetery.

She was a mother, homemaker and a charter member of the Upper Spring Creek Free Will Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Cecil McDonald, her second husband, Elmer Lee Robbins, sons, Loye Joe McDonald Cecil Lynn McDonald and Jerry Vernon McDonald, step-daughter, Helen Watson, step- granddaughter, Jennifer Patton, brothers, Odell Elmore, Vernon Elmore and sister, Lola Smith.

Carolin Jane Clausing Roberson, age 54 of Rover, died Monday, November 24, 2003 at Rover. She was born January 7, 1949, in Altamont, Illinois to the late Carl Ulrick and Ella Anna Hannom Clausing. She was a graduate of the Altamont Lutheran School, a poultry grower, cattle farmer, member of the Lady Auxiliary VFW Plainview Post 8525, member of the Rover Volunteer Fire Department, and Onyx Trail Hunting Club.
She was preceded in death by a brother-in-law, Gerry Heath.

Dan Roberson, 71, of Jessieville went to be with his heavenly Father and beloved wife of 36 years, Brenda Kay Roberson on July 13, 2013. He was born January 12, 1942 in Little Texas, Arkansas to Harvey and Elsie Roberson. Dan was a member of Jessieville Baptist Church and retired from Weyerhaeuser after 37 years of service. He was a kind and gentle man that gave more to others than he ever would ask in return. He was an avid fisherman and hunter who loved the outdoors and everything about God's creation including Jessieville Football. Dan was a loving and devoted family man. His pride and joy was his garden that he would plant, nurture, harvest and share with others every year. Dan was dearly loved and his gentle spirit will live on through his many friends and family. He is predeceased by his parents; wife, Brenda Kay Roberson; sister, Martha Roberson Defore; brothers, R.B. and R.C. Roberson; and grandson, James Dakota Wiles.

Jackie Leon Roberson, age 67 of Pottsville, AR died Tuesday, May 1, 2004 at his home in Pottsville, AR after a long and courageous battle with diabetes. He was born January 17, 1937 in Clarksville. He was a member of the Presbyterian Church and Bright Star Lodge 213 and a 32 Degree Mason. He retired from Hudson Foods in Hope after twenty-years as a refrigerator maintenance man.

Laura Roberson of Dardanelle died March 6, 2008 at the age of 89. She was born February 24, 1919 at Clarksville to Jack and Bessie Cook. She was a retired USDA Poultry Inspector and a member of the First Presbyterian Church in Dardanelle. Laura was a devoted mother who liked to sew, making all kinds of handwork, especially quilts.
She is preceded in death by her father, mother, and one brother, Phil Cook; son, Jackie Roberson; grandchild, Eric Ted-ford; and son-in-law, Sonny Tedford.
