Barbara L. Moore, age 55, of Dardanelle, AR died Saturday, October 28, 2000 at Baptist Medical Center in Little Rock, AR. She was the daughter of Ethel E. Freeman Garrison, of Hector and the late James A. Garrison. She was a homemaker and mother and a member of the Ben Hur Free Will Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her father and a sister, Verlie Garrison.
Survivors include, three sons and daughters-in-law, Kevin and Paula Rudder and Jerry Keith and Sandy Rudder all of Hector and Rusty and Shawna Moore of Dardanelle, AR; two daughters and sons-in-law, Robin and Randy Wheeler of Pottsville, AR and Danita "Scooter" and Jerry Mills of Dardanelle, AR; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Charley "Bud" and Shirley Garrison of Dover, AR; James L. and Ellen Garrison, Hector, AR; four sisters, Geneta Brown, Dover, Lois George, Ft. Gibson, OK, Wanda White, Delaware, AR and Pat Petrosky of Vienna, VA; 10 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Beulah Mae Moore, age 87, of Dardanelle died Saturday, May 5, 2012 at Chambers Memorial Hospital. She was born August 21, 1924 at Ozark to the late Edgar and Lillie Marshall Boren. She was a member of the Faith Church in Dardanelle.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband. J.E. Moore; a daughter, Bernadette Garrison; brother, Ross Boren; sister, Jean Withnell and a grandson, Steven Garrison.
Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Fleda and Jay Yarbrough of Camden; sisters, Linda Avey and Bessie Howard both of Dardanelle; grandchildren, Terry and Mary Yarbrough of Mobile, AL, Tina Lawrence of Apple Valley, CA, Treasea and Duane Ray of Dardanelle, Julia and Ed Duvall of RusseI- lville; Eleven great grandchildren; nine great great grandchildren.

Charles Laynn Moore, age 72 of Atkins, died Saturday, September 27, 2008 at his home. He was born May 4, 1936 in Sulpher Springs. He was the son of the late George and Jewel Tillman Moore.
He is preceded in death by a son, Randy Moore, and great grandson, Landon Pritchard. He is retired from John Hickey Maintenance.
Survivors include his wife, Carol Moore; two sons, Gary Moore of Russellville and Troy Roggenbach of Conway; two daughters, Crystal Gordin of Benton and Debbie Sanders of Dover; three sisters, Katheryn Johnston of Kansas, Bettye Dawley of Wisconsin, Lucille Ellison of Pine Bluff; seven grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.

Daisy Irene "Pud" Fredrick- Moore, 62, of Gilmer, TX, passed away Tuesday, January 11, 2011. She was born March 16, 1948, in Arkansas City, to Dave and Beulah Fredrick. She was a homemaker and of the Nazarene faith.
She is survived by her sons, James Wesley Moore and Rickey Ben Moore of AR; daughters, Shannondee Irene Petty of Gladewater, TX and Sam Devendorf of Gilmer; brothers, Ossie, Bud and Harper Fredrick, and Billy Joe Beatty, all of AR; sisters, Mandy Nelms of TX and Tena Templeton of AR; and nine grandchildren.

Danny Allen Moore, age 61 of Plainview, AR died Saturday, September 23, 2000 in Clarksville with his daughters at his side. He was born June 17, 1939 in Dardanelle, AR to the late Heartsill Moore. He was a Navy Veteran, a retired truck driver and a member and past president of the Dardanelle Motorcycle Club.

Donald Moore, age 89 of Winfield, KS, died Wednesday, June 17, 2009 at Dardanelle Nursing Center. He was born August 5, 1919 in Stockport, England to the late Thomas and Florence Hampson Moore. He was a Psychiatric Nurse at the Winfield State Hospital for 28 years, a Pastor in the Community of Christ Church in Winfield and was a British WWII Navy Veteran.
He is preceded in death by his parents; a son, Stephen Thomas Moore; a brother, Tom Moore; and a sister, Irene Moore.
Survivors include his wife of 65 years, Kathleen Dorothy Moore of Winfield, KS; daughters, Judith Marshall of Dardanelle, Wendy Munson of Plattsburg, MO; sons, Michael Moore of Winfield, KS, Jon Moore of Arkansas City, KS; twelve grandchildren and twenty two great-grandchildren.

Dorothy Winget Moore, age 77, of Porterville, CA formerly of Belleville, AR died December 8, 2005. She was born November 24, 1928 in Belleville, AR to the late Willis and Virdie Winget. She married Herman Moore in Oxnard, CA after completing high school and after his service in WWII. She was a strong willed woman who loved her family very much.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Herman "Red" Moore.
She is survived by two daughters, Helen Ziebell and Carrie Estrada and two sons; in-law, Jim and Ralph; five grandchildren; six great grandchildren; two sisters, Virginia Anderson of Oklahoma and Wilma Johnson of Porterville, CA and many nieces and nephews.

Edna Neldeane Moore, age 88, of Little Rock, went to be with her Savior on February 17, 2010. She was born in Bellville, Arkansas on May 28, 1921 but grew up in Havana, Arkansas.
She retired as a school teacher after teaching 42 years. Her teaching career started when Neldeane Moore moved to North Little Rock to look for a teaching job. She began her career teaching at Hensley, Arkansas, after two years she moved to Badgett Elementary for ten years, next to Oakhurst Elementary where she taught for 20 years. Her final move was to Romihe and Woodruff Elementary as a librarian. She had many former students who kept in touch with her over the years. She received a Who's Who Among America's Teachers nomination in 2002 from a former student. This student wrote "Because of your ability and dedication, you have made a significant impact and differ ence in the lives of your students. " She also received a My Favorite Teacher nomination from a former student. Neldeane Moore was a wonderful teacher who taught her students to love and respect her through her compassion and use of humor. She loved art and made every child think they were a real artist. She also had several students who would come and take her out to eat, cut her hair, or just visit with her. Even though Neldeane Moore never had any children of her own she enjoyed the love and affection of many children throughout her life. One student stated, "Miss Moore touched little lives one at a time for 42 years and changed them forever. " After retiring she spent much of her time serving others. She volunteered with many organizations.
She was a greeter at Immanuel Baptist Church in Little Rock and active in the Arkansas Retired Teachers Organization. She served as the piano player for many activities. Neldeane was always known for her sense of humor. When you saw her she always had a new joke to tell. This attitude always made her the life of the party. There was never a dull moment when Neldeane was around, and she created many wonderful memories for those who loved and respected her. Neldeane traveled often after retiring. Her most exciting trip though was to Washington D. C. for the inauguration of President Bill Clinton. Neldeane was devoted to her mother, affectionately known as "Miss Edna", who lived with her until her death in 1984.
Neldeane Moore, was preceded in death by her mother, Edna Moore, father, William Moore, four sisters, Mildred Pearce, Myrthine Sikes, Roberta Cobb, and Doris Zweig.
She is survived by several nieces and nephews.

Elgin "Lucille" Moore was born September 23, 1926, near Waltreak, Arkansas to Maybelle Dora (Hunt) Woodard and Myrten E. Woodard. She was the fifth of seven children. She attended school near Rocky Crossing and Waltreak graduating the 8th grade. She completed one year of high school at Danville, Arkansas, before quitting to help take care of family. Lucille met her soulmate, Haskell Moore, in Blair, Oklahoma, in early September 1947. They married on November 28, 1947 in Waldron, Arkansas.
They were married for over 35 years when Haskell preceded her in death on August 28, 1983. They made their home in and near Blair for many years. Lucille moved to Ardmore, Oklahoma in 1986 to be closer to family. She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, three sisters, and two brothers.
Lucille is survived by children; Ronnie Moore and wife Vickie of Oklahoma City, Marian Hopkins and husband Randy of Ardmore, and George Moore and wife Malinda of Warr Acres; Grandchildren; Abi Holland and husband Matt, Henry Moore, and Amanda Moore; One sister; Ruby Wright of Danville, and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Rubin Moore and two sons, Terry Williams and Luther Williams, Jr.

Elmer T. Moore, age 86 of Dardanelle, AR died Monday, August 18, 1997 at the Dardanelle Nursing Center. He was a member of the Calvary Baptist Church where he served as Deacon; he was a retired Master Sergeant with the United State Army, WWII Veteran, member of the 153rd Infantry, V. F. W. Post 3141. he retired after 32 years of service. He was born in Logan County to the late Arron and Claudia Jones Moore.

Floyd Moore, 75 of Dardanelle, died Friday, May 22, 2009 at his home. He was born May 25, 1933 at Dardanelle to the late Roy J. Moore, Sr. and Johnnie Edwards.
He is preceded in death by a son, George Mosley; five brothers, Iris Kellybrew, James Moore, Ruben Moore, Roy Moore, Jr. and Earnest Moore; a sister, Loyce Waldon.
Survivors include his children, Auroya Muhammad of CA, Phyllis Moore of LA, Floyd Moore, Jr., Rhonette Morris, Traci Gilmore, Charles Gilmore, Luther Gilmore and Loren Gilmore all of Omaha, NB; twenty-four grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren nephews and nieces.

Gary Morris Moore, 58, of Dardanelle died Wednesday, September 29, 2004 at Chambers Memorial Hospital at Danville. He was born August 28, 1946, to Morris R. Jr. and Mary Frances George Moore. He was a member and deacon of First Baptist Church, and member and past president of Dardanelle Rotary Club. In 1992, he received the Public Official Award presented by Counseling Associates. He was a member of Ducks Unlimited, past baseball commissioner for the City of Dardanelle, pee-wee football coach for six years and was named 1998 Dardanelle Chamber of Commerce Citizen of the Year. He was a graduate of Command and Staff College retiring as a major after 24 years in the Army National Guard. He served as Yell County Judge from 1991 to 1998.
He was preceded in death by his parents; grandparents, Morris and Maye Moore; Jess and Anna Mae George; and an uncle, Jim Ed McGee.
Survivors include his wife of 31 years, Teddi Ann Moore; two sons and daughters-in-law, John Morris and Angela Moore of Dardanelle and David James and Diana Moore of Russellville; a brother and sister-in-law, Kerry George and Debbie Moore of Dover; an aunt, Carolyn McGee of Dardanelle; a niece, Marika Ann Moore of Dover; a nephew, Nash Moore of Dover; his favorite dog, Lady; and many more relatives.

Gladys Corrine Moore, age 77, of Ola died Wednesday, October 23, 2013 at the Arkansas Hospice River Valley Home in Russellville. She was born August 16, 1936 at Oklahoma to the late Elmer and Dora Jenkins Turner. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Plainview. Gladys loved gardening, writing poems, getting to go to the casino to play penny slots and going on road trips with her family.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Johnny T. Moore, one son, David Joseph Moore, two grandsons, John Tom "J.T." Storment and Matthew A. Moore, three brothers and two sisters.
Survivors include three daughters, Kay Harris of Louisiana, Anne Storment of Ola and Vickie Allsopp and husband Charles of Etna, one son, Michael Moore and wife Melinda of Texas, ten grandchildren, twenty great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild, her best friend Melva "MEB" Martin of Plainview and many other relatives and friends.
Funeral services was held at 2:00 PM, Monday, October 28, 2013 at the Seventh Day Adventist Church in Ola with Joe Harrison officiating. Burial was private in Salem Cemetery. Helen Angeline Moore, 77, of Richmond, TX, formerly of Dardanelle, died Wednesday, May 26, 2004 at Polly Ryon Hospital at Richmond, TX. She was born June 6, 1926 at Holla Bend in Pope Co. to the late Sidney A. and Nora Luella Nordin Whorton. She was a mother and a member of the Dardanelle Missionary Baptist Church. She was a homemaker for many years also going to work for St. Marys where she retired after 11 years as a nurse.
She was preceded in death by three brothers, Jepsi Low Ruffus Whorton, Howard Elmoore Whorton, and Bill Harrison Whorton; three sisters, Arlena May Whorton, Earmer Armela Miller, and Emma Lorene Butler.
She is survived by two sons, Earl Wayne Croy of Rapid City, South Dakota, Ray Allen Croy of Dardanelle; one daughter, Linda Carol Arnold of Richmond, TX; one brother, Sidney Orvel Whorton of Vallejo, CA; six grandchildren and six great grandchildren.

Hershell E. W. Moore, age 64 of Belleville died Friday, January 13, 2006 at St. Lukes Hospital in Kansas City, Missouri. Born November 17, 1941 in Belleville, he was the son of the late Dewey SR. and Grace Yandell Moore. He was a graduate of the Arkansas School for the Blind at Little Rock and Texas Tech University and was an Assembly of God Minister.
He was preceded in death by brothers, Grady Jackie Moore and Herman E. "Red" Moore.
Survivors include two brothers, Herbert E. Moore of Bothel, WA; Dewey Moore, Jr. of Little Rock; two sisters, Louise Davis of Marietta, GA; Carrie Carter of Bakersfield, CA; and several nephews and nieces.

J. Roy Moore, 79, of Ola, went to be with Jesus, Sunday, October 12, 2014, Chambers Memorial Hospital in Danville. He was born February 17, 1935, in Russellville, the son of late John H. and Lucy Mae Allen Moore. He was a retired poultry grower for Christian farms of Ola.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Gertrude Gists and other siblings.
He is survived by his family, Riley and Darlene Christian of Atkins, Walter Decarlos Moore of Little Rock and Dolan Charton of Ola and many friends and other relatives. Roy's wishes were to be cremated and scattered on the farm.

Judith Elaine Moore, age 68, of Waldron, AR passed away Saturday, May 31, 2008 in a Waldron hospital. She was born June 6, 1939. Judy and Lee were married on July 5, 1958 and lived in Elkton, Maryland before moving to Harvey, AR in 1982. She was a homemaker and a wonderful fearing mother. She loved children, crocheting, and needlepoint, reading, flowers, and gardening, and being surrounded by her family and loved ones. She was a wise woman with a strong heart and unfailing character.
She was preceded in death by her father George T. Landon, step-father Harold Frizzell of Waldron and baby brother Thomas.
She is survived by her husband of 50 years Frank Lee Moore; mother, Amanda Frizzell; her brother, Kennith Landon of Delaware; five children David & Becky Moore, Cassie & Billy Zimmer, Christine & Jeremy Bott, Carrie & Chris Tucker, Vickie & Wesley Horn; 13 grandchildren, and many friends and other relatives.
