Tracy Ree Fowler, infant son of Mr. and Mrs. Troy Lee Fowler of Houston, Tex. passed away January 9 at the Ben Taub General Hospital in Houston. Survivors, other than his parents, are one brother, Troy Lee Fowler Jr. and one sister, Trena Fowler and a number of aunts, uncles and cousins. Grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Roy Fowler of Gravelly and Eld. and Mrs. Luther Riddle.

Mr. Troy Lee Fowler, Jr., age 31, of Atkins, AR died Wednesday, December 21, 1994 at his home in Atkins. He was born October, 23, 1963 in Friona, TX. He was an employee of Tyson, Dardanelle.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Tracy Ree Fowler and grandfather, Roy L. Fowler.

Velma Lucile Fowler, 84, of Liltle Rock, passed away February 25, 2012. Born in Bristol, Tennessee to William and Blanche Dancey Alderson, she was a member of Little Rock's First Baptist Church for over 60 years. Preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Rufus "Bill" Fowler, formerly of Danville; sister, Margaret Holyfield and brothers, Billy and Bobby Alderson.
She is survived by her daughter, Katherine and husband Ronnie Bettis and son, George Fowler, all of Little Rock; granddaughters, Melissa and husband, Josh Geering of Richardson, TX, Amy and husband, Donnie Baker of Fayetteville, Heather Fowler of Bryant and Lindsey Bettis of Dallas, TX; great-grandchildren, Luke Geering, Elizabeth Katherine Geering, Gabriel Baker, Isaac Geering, and Mary Katherine Baker, who is expected to arrive in June. Wayne Fowler, age 67, of Havana passed away Tuesday, September 13, 2016, at the V.A. Hospital in Little Rock. Wayne was born July 17, 1949, in England, Arkansas to the late Roy L. & Sadie Vida Lee James Fowler, He was an Army Vietnam Veteran. He was a Lifetime Member of the VFW, member of the NRA, Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation, Wild Turkey Federation, and Ducks Unlimited. He was a retired poultry farmer. Wayne Bryant Fowler, age 52, of Atkins, AR died Friday morning, November 21, 2003 at his home. He was a retired computer instrument technician for Dow Chemical Inc., a former Boy Scout Leader, avid collector and musician. He was a 1969 graduate of Belleville High School Belleville, AR.
He was preceded in death by his mother and father, Robert and Maxine Fowler of Danville and an infant son, William Thomas Fowler.

Winnie Mae Fowler, age 88, of Danville, AR died Thursday, June 15, 2006 at Mitchell's Nursing Home in Danville. She was born August 15, 1917 in Yell County the daughter of the late Thomas and Ethel Garner. She was a homemaker and mother and a member of the Danville Church of Christ.
She was preceded in death by her husbands, Robert Billingsley and Joe S. Fowler.

Mrs. Laura Haney Fox, age 89, of Havana, died June 18, 1969 at Yell County Hospital, Danville. She was the widow of J. A. Fox, daughter of the late Clarence and Lavina Roundsaville, and was a member of the Havana United Methodist Church.

Will Fox, age 70, died at his home North of Plainview on Friday, December 29, 1950. He was born August 25, 1880 near New Bethel. He had been in ill health for the last two years. He was married to Miss Alyne Kendarick in 1907 and to this union two children were born. He spent his entire life near Plainview and was a retired farmer.

Waveland man Fatally Wounded By Officer In Fight At Havana - Billy Frame, 48, Waveland, was shot and killed at about 11 a. m. yesterday during a fight in front of the cafe at Havana. Eugene Burrows, deputy sheriff of Waveland, said he had clubbed Frame in the face with his pistol and the gun fired accidentally. Frame was shot in the mouth and there were powder burns on the face.
Sheriff Earl E. Ladd investigated the shooting and placed Burrows in the jail at Danville. Robert Hays Williams, Prosecuting Attorney, questioned Burrows yesterday and ordered him held in jail without charge pending further investigation. No charges have been filed and the case will be brought before the Grand Jury in August. He was a native of Waveland, Yell County, Arkansas, son of the late James Floyd and Zelia Shott Frame, a retired employee of a farm equipment manufacturing company and a member of the Baptist Church.

James Floyd Frame Jr. (Crock) went to be with his Heavenly Father, July 30, 2016, in Norman, OK. He was with his family who loved him dearly. James was born in Palestine, AR on April 28, 1935 and grew up in Waveland, AR. He married the love of his life Ruby E. James on May 31, 1957 and they were married for 59 years. James was a brick mason and later a truck driver. His passions were his grandchildren, playing the bass guitar and antique cars.
James was preceded in death by: his parents, Zelia and Floyd Frame; three brothers, Chester, Lloyd and Herbert Frame; and two Sisters, Muriel and Helen Frame.
He is survived by his spouse, Ruby E. Frame of the home. Lamar Franklin Fraser, age 64, of Slo-Fork, Yell County, Arkansas, died Sunday, September 1, 2002 at his home. He was born September 6, 1937 in Slo-Fork to the late Franklin Lamar and Hazel May Adcock Fraser. He was a farmer, member of the Chickalah Baptist Church and attended the Grace Chapel Trinity Pentecostal Church.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Jewel May Bellar.
He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Shirley Simmons Fraser; one son and daughter-in-law, Bob Lamar and Jean Fraser of Dover, AR; two daughters and sons-in-law, Mary and Mark White of London and Freda and Richard Herrera of Russellville; grandchildren and spouses, Michael & Misty Fraser of Slo-Fork, AR, Dusty Ray Norris and Misty Michelle Norris both of Dardanelle, Savannah Suzette Herrera of Russellville and a great-grandchild, Hannah Lynn Fraser of Slo-Fork.

Avanell "Granny" Frazier, age 73, of Dardanelle passed away Sunday, July 29, 2012 at her home surrounded by her family. She was born July 27, 1939 in Mount Judea, Arkansas to Duey and Bessie (Riddle) Sexton. She was a Christian who had a passion for life that impacted so many lives through the years. She loved sewing, cooking, working in her flower beds and going to the beauty shop every Friday at 4:30. On the weekends she loved to go to yard sales and she never passed up a good thrift store. She was "Granny" to all those who loved and knew her. "Granny" loved spending time with her children, grandchildren, and all the little ones she kept through the years.
She was preceded in death by her parents; three brothers, Eugene, James, and Guy Sexton; two sisters, Jewell Campbell and Christine Heath.
Survivors include her husband of 55 years, Loyd Frazier of Dardanelle; two daughters, Glenda Osterhout and husband Ronald of Ola. Brenda Howell and husband Kenny of Dardanelle; son, Mikel Frazier and wife Angela of Russellville; grandchildren, Ronald Osterhout, Jr. of Danville, Jennifer Osterhout of Ola, Samantha Souriyavong of Ola, Morgan Frazier of Russellville, Kaden Watson of Dardanelle; four great-grandchildren, Matthew Jones, Isabella Esquivel, Ronald Esquivel, and Joshua Lara; and many other relatives and friends.

Bonnie "B. L." Frazier, age 78, of Russellville, AR died Saturday, July 21, 2007, at Russellville Nursing and Rehabilitation Center following a lengthy battle with cancer. He was born September 11, 1928, in Havana, Arkansas to Loyd Franklin and Mae Murray Frazier. He was a World War II veteran, taught at Bellville, Arkansas and was superintendent of schools at Havana. He had a lengthy career with Firestone Tire - and Rubber Company including staffing the new Firestone plant at Russellville. He was production superintendent at Continental-Emsco in Garland, Texas, plant manager for EnerSteel in El Paso, Texas, and owner of Permian Pump and Supply Inc. in Goldsmith, Texas until his retirement in 2001.
He is survived by his wife of 37 years, Beth Hoffman Frazier, sons, Al Frazier of Russellville and his family, Becky, Jordan, and Clayton; Gary Frazier of Springdale, Arkansas and his family, Merilyn, Adam, and Sarah; and Keith Frazier of Malvern, Arkansas; a daughter, Denise Henderson of Dardanelle, Arkansas and her husband William; a granddaughter, Amanda Irby and her family, Joe, Logan, and Noah of Conway, Arkansas; a brother, Loyd H. Frazier of Prairie Grove, Arkansas; and a sister, Zelta Bell of Danville, Arkansas.
A funeral mass was held July 24, 2007, at Saint John's Catholic Church in Russellville with Fr. William F. Thomas officiating. Mrs. Callie Frazier of Belleville, age 89 years, died on November 22, 1948. She made her home with her daughter, Mrs. Dewey Lampkins, and had been an invalid for about 40 years.

Services for Daniel F. Frazier, age 78, were May 22, 2001 at Home of Funerals. Rev. Frank Armstrong officiated. Interment was in Prospect Hill Cemetery. The son of Harman and Sally (Davis) Frazier was born November 6, 1922 in Havana, AR. He attended school in Havana, AR. At the age of 16 he left home worked for different farmers in the North Dakota and South Dakota areas stacking hay. He then moved to California and in 1940 he enlisted in the Merchant Marines where he served for 18 years. On April 24, 1949 he married Mary Horn in Las Vegas, In 1958 he went to work for Texaco until retiring in 1986 and moving to Norfolk in 1987. He is a member of the American Legion Post 16 and AM Vets Post 12 both of Norfolk, and the American Merchant Marine Veterans, MO Valley Mariners Chapter of Omaha.
He is survived by one daughter, Danna Kemp and one granddaughter, Erin Kemp both of Aurora, CO; three brothers, Doyle Frazier of Ft. Doyle Frazier of Fort Smith (Sebastian County), Arkansas, died Friday, March 14, 2008, in Fort Smith. He was 82 years old. Doyle was a retired bus driver for Jefferson Bus Lines. He spent many hours transporting the University of Arkansas Razorback football, basketball, and baseball teams, as well as sport teams from the Fort Smith Public Schools and Westark Community College. He spent a lot of time transporting military troops from base to base. Doyle was a veteran of the United States Army, where he served during the Korean Conflict. He was a member of the Grand Avenue Baptist Church in Fort Smith, Arkansas and a member of that church's Henry Oliver Men's Sunday School Class. Besides church, Doyle was a member of the Jolly Travelers, and was the instructor for the men who drove church buses. Doyle was a regular volunteer for the Optimist Club's Christmas Tree Sales.
Doyle is preceded in death by his parents; two sons: Steve and Harry Frazier.
He is survived by his wife: Mary of the home; three grandchildren: Chad Frazier and his family, Toby Frazier and his family, and Crystal Cullen and her family; four wonderful great-grandchildren: Hailey and Brayden Cullen, and Matt and Jett Frazier.
Funeral services were held on Monday, March 17, 2008, at 10:00 a.m. at the Grand Avenue Baptist Church. He was buried at Roselawn Cemetery, in Fort Smith, Arkansas.
